New Patient Appointments

We take pride in getting to know our patients and understanding their individual needs and concerns. We value our patients’ time and work to maximise efficiencies, streamlining the scheduling process and minimising any discomfort and concerns. It is important that you bring all necessary documentation relating to your condition to your consultation:

1.  Referral from your GP or referring Specialist

2.  Completed  online VISC patient registration / VPSC paediatric registration registration form.

3.  All Relevant Investigations /Reports MRI/Ultrasound/X-ray /Sestamibi Scans /Pathology etc

Payment on the day of consultation is required, we accept Eftpos/Visa/Mastercard

Waiting Time:

It is recommended that you allow at least 45-60 mins for your appointment. Although appointments are for a set time, delays can occur. The specialist may be delayed by needing to discuss a complicated treatment or diagnosis with a patient, or they may be required urgently in other parts of the clinic. Should any such delays occur, you will be kept informed by the clinic staff. Another appointment can be arranged for you in the event that you are unable to wait for your appointment.


Public Transport:

Epworth Freemasons is a five-minute walk from Jolimont station and a 15-minute walk through Fitzroy Gardens from Parliament Station. Take tram 48 or 75 and hop off at stop 11 on Wellington Parade.


Parking: 

Epworth Freemasons has parking at competitive rates and accessible via Grey Street. There is 15-minute parking in Clarendon Street and metered parking in the surrounding streets. Strict time restrictions apply therefore please take note of council restrictions.
